From your first enquiry through to the day of your meeting, our conference team will be available to ensure the details of your meeting and any amendments are actioned to ensure it is exactly as you wish.
Where possible we'll introduce you to the operations team taking care of your meeting prior to the day and once your meeting is over we will contact you to see how everything went.

Communication on the day is important a member of the operations team will meet you on arrival, show you to your meeting room, double check your requirements and be available to help you with any additional requests throughout the day.
The room will be set up and equipped as requested and your coffee, tea, and lunch will be served at the agreed times.
Food Choice
Whether its an early morning pre meeting breakfast or a delicious lunch the choice of food is yours to select from our range of sandwiches, wraps, hot and cold buffets, salads and fruit served to your meeting room.
When you stop for a break you'll be able to take advantage of our Fairtrade coffee and selected food items. To enhance your delegates experience why not take advantage of our speciality breaks package.
Meeting Invoice
We'll log any extras that are requested throughout the day, thereby ensuring there will not be any unknown extras on your bill. Once the conference is completed, your bill will be sent directly to you, exactly as requested.

Located within easy reach of New Southgate railway station,Arnos Grove underground station on the Piccadilly line, bus routes and close to the A406 and M25.
The Emerald Suite has 250 parking spaces which includes allocated disabled parking.

Many thanks to you for all your help in making our 1st Barnet Community Volunteer Awards a success. The arrangements and the food were excellent.
Thank you for the last minute arrangements with regards to the Kosher meals and the sound system. After the awards it was quite relaxing sitting and spending some time in the garden.
